Our philosophy of Teaching:

Our belief is that the Teaching role brings immense opportunities to learn from Trainees/your feedback to be an effective Training Faculty. We (Training Faculty at TASA) are committed to put continuous efforts to improve our teaching efficiency all the time. In summary, even Teacher(s) are also student(s) from this perspective. The ongoing marketing gimmicks might help any company only in the beginning. Definitely, NOT in the long run because the knowledge we extend will be universal. We strongly feel that the IT professionals like you gives utmost importance to the Quality & contents of our proposed professional training services. The functional scope of marketing Is limited to creating awareness of company product line & services among targeted audience at any point of time.

Why TASA is relevant now?
  • The current high tech. industry is one of the fast growing, high paying, highly demanding in terms of product & services (for example: Apple & Google mobile devices). And also, the demand for the skilled IT professionals and the expected work performance level from the employee work force, has been steadily increasing in this high tech. industry, across the globe since 1990s.
  • To meet the fast growing demand for the skilled IT professionals by the high tech. companies, the total number of new Engineering Colleges 6+and hence, computer engineering students & graduates has been increasing across the globe since 1990s. But, the teaching qualities of many engineering colleges in rural and urban areas is not so great in terms of teaching staff, poor study infrastructure in many countries including India.
  • Most of the high performing companies are preferring very reputed educational institutions for interviewing new hires. For example, IIT, IISC, REC, ... in India, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, … in USA. Please NOTE that NOT all the people are fortunate enough (financially or economically or intelligence wise) to study in these reputed educational institutions.
  • Also, these days, the same high performing companies are imposing strict performance reviews on quarterly basis for employees and eliminating those who has performed very poorly.
