Both the founders of Techno Ascent Solutions brings collectively 40+ years of high tech. industry work experience in the niche technological areas. Some of the technical domains both of them have worked are Computer System Data Server, Storage, Virtualization, Unix/Linux enterprise system including kernel programming, QA & Test automation, Data warehousing, Business System Analyst, Customer Support Engineering. Also, some of the industry wide most demanding soft skills set both of them have worked are, Effective Technical Project Management models including Agile-Scrum, Effective communication techniques including global phone & web conferences, Effective India offshore & US onsite work environment model, and many more

Shaila Bala Mudigonda has professional working experience in Fortune 500 companies such as Daimler Trucks of Northern America (DTNA), GE and also Syntel for 15+ years in the USA and 5+ years in India. Also, she has one year of teaching experience in one of the reputed Engineering College
